In 2015 ADLD arranged a free awareness camp in Asif public school near Bakramandi which is a rural area in Rawalpindi.n addition children were screened for Height, Weight, BMD, BMI.Furthermore, they lack basic knowledge of maintaining healthy life style, eating healthy diets and importance of physical activities in daily life.Objective of the medical camp was to address the issue of diabetes and to promote healthy and active life style and advising children how to increase their life span through physical activity.
