On 13th May 2017 ADLD arrange a medical camp at the Government High School Phallah, Lora KPK. Lora is a picturesque hill town around 20 minutes from PirSohawa resort on the Margalla Hills Islamabad. The winding hill road was a treat to view the breath taking views. We reached lora around 10:30 AM. A big crowed of people was waiting in the school premises. Mr. Gohar Habib a local politician welcomed us.
A medical camp provided medical care to around 200 patients and distributed free medicines.
In addition over male and female patients were screened for Blood Sugar, HbA1C, BP, Height, Weight, BMD, BMI, in addition test for diabetes Neuropathy was done by a Biosynthesis, the camp concluded at around 02:30 pm.
We were treated to a lunch of desi “Makai” ki roti and yogurt chicken.
One of the highlight of the program was screening of over 400 children for the tehsil Headquarter school. Around 600 children were Screened.
